The Keto Iron Chef's Keto-Binangkal (Philippines Sesame Balls)

Ingredient
10g Casein Protein Isolate
10g Whey Protein Isolate
5g Egg White Powder
10g Egg Yolk Powder
15g Inulin Powder
1g Xanthan Gum
1g Baking Powder
0,5g Baking Soda
1g Salt
1,5g Cinnamon Powder
1g Vanilla Extract
3g Sucralose
* Note : The first 6 ingredients above are the Keto-Flour formula for this recipe
For crisper crust the Keto-Flour can be changed into this formula : 10g Wheat Protein Isolate 8000, 10g Casein Protein Isolate, 5g Whey Protein Isolate, 5g Egg White Powder, 10g Egg Yolk Powder, 10g Inulin Powder

Wet Ingredients
10g Egg
20g Coconut Milk
5g Butter

Coatings
25g Sesame Seed

Direction
Whisk all the dry ingredients on a medium bowl

Add egg and coconut milk gradually by stirring with spatula until a rough dough forms

Add butter then knead just until combine (do not over knead)

Take a teaspoon of the batter and roll between palms to form a ball shape. Repeat until all batter is used

Drop the balls into a plate of sesame seeds and roll the balls until the surfaces are evenly coated with sesame seeds

Deep fry the coated balls with low medium heat until slightly dark brown. This is crispy outside but soft inside

Drain the fried Keto-Binangkal with a spider strainer then use paper towel to remove the excess oil

Serve with black coffee or green tea
