Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
15g Casein Protein Isolate
10g Whey Protein Isolate
5g Egg White Powder
5g Egg Yolk Powder
15g Inulin Powder
1,5g Psyllium Husk
1g Xanthan Gum
1g Salt
0,5g Garlic Powder
0,3g Cumin Powder
0,3g Pepper Powder
5g Flaxseed (or Ajwain seeds)
* Note : The first 7 ingredients above are the Keto-Flour formula for this recipe
For crisper crust the Keto-Flour can be changed into this formula : 45g Wheat Protein Isolate 8000, 30g Casein Protein Isolate, 15g Whey Protein Isolate, 15g Egg White Powder, 15g Egg Yolk Powder, 30g Inulin Powder

Wet Ingredients
20g Water
6g Coconut Oil

Direction
Whisk all dry ingredients on a medium bowl. Add water and stir using spatula until a rough dough formed

Switch using hand to knead the dough until elastic.

Add the coconut oil and knead again until smooth

Divide the dough into 2 equal parts. Then roll each dough with a circular movement using rolling pin, until a very thin transparent dough are formed

Dry the rolled dough on a direct sunlight for 3 – 4 hours, until the dough became stiff. But watch and feel the dough as to not become too dry, because it tends to crack if it’s too dry

* Frying Method (called Pappa Am)
Deep fry the flattened dough with high heat on a frying pan just for 5 – 10 seconds, just until the dough starts to brown

* Grilling Method (called Appal Am)
Using a slightly greased non stick frying pan, grill the dough with very low heat until the surface starts to become white, then flip to the other side to cook evenly

The original cooking method for grilling is by heating the dough directly over the stove with low heat, until the surface become white evenly on both side

Serve with curry dishes or as a snack
