So, what exactly prompted me to start up this blog? We have to go back a few years to 2010. QUICK, MARTY! TO THE DELOREAN! YOUR HEALTH IS IN TROUBLE!! I never really took care of myself once I hit adulthood. I wanted to but life seemed to get in the way, working multiple jobs
